Take time to remember ...

Not everything in life is easy and sometimes you just need a reminder about what is important. I put this on my phone to remind me.

Even great marriages have terrible years, but don't give up. You will look back on this as a prelude to something richer and fuller than you can ever dream.

My week of fun

This week is the big festival in my city. I took the girls while my DH had to work last Saturday. We had fun checking out the chalk walk, eating at Junk Food Alley and doing some of the fun kiddie stuff they have set up.

We also made a quick trip to the zoo. Here are my little monkeys just hanging around.

Working from home two days this week while the kitchen wall is repaired --  much better than the office!
